REGISTRATION REGULATIONS

Registration regulations of National English Education Debate (NEED) UMY 2017 :

1.      NEED UMY 2017 affords 28 teams.

2.      Each institution or university may only send three teams maximally. The first two teams will be in main list, and the other will be in waiting list.

3.      The team should complete the registration form.

4.      Make sure the registration form is well completed and sent to need.umy@gmail.com. The student card copy must be attached. Here is the format of file name of registration form and the email subject: REGISTRATION_Campus Name. For instance: REGISTRATION_UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA.

5.      Registration is opened from 1 January to 31 March 2017.

6.      Main list and waiting list teams are announced on 1 April to 7 April 2017 on our official blog.

7.      Main list teams are requested to make payment of registration fee and send the copy of transfer receipt on 1 April – 7 April 2017.

8.      Waiting list teams have a chance to be in the main list once any of those in the main list withdraw or any space left in main list. It will be announced on 8 April and you are requested to make payment of registration fee and send the copy of transfer receipt from 10 April 2017.

9.   Kindly send the registration fee of IDR 500.000 to BRI Cabang Yogyakarta 348701001907507 account holder Tria Novianti.

10.  Kindly inform us about the sending payment by texting message to Amelia Adityas Farida (+6289635669204) or Tria Novianti (+6285739269247) with the format: Name of leader_Campus_Team_500.000. For instance: Amelia_UMY_A_500.000.

11.   Scan the proof of transfer and email it to need.umy@gmail.com with the subject TRANSFER-PROOF_Name of Leader_Campus_Team. For example : TRANSFER-PROOF_Pratiwi_Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta_Team-A.

12.   Only teams that have confirmed the payment and sent the payment copy are considered to be in fixed list team.

13.   We are going to announce the teams being in the 28 fixed teams on our official blog on 12 April 2017.
