REGISTRATION REGULATIONS

Registration regulations of National English Education Debate (NEED) UMY 2015:

1. NEED UMY 2015 affords 32 teams.
2. Each institution or university may only send three teams maximally. The first two teams will be in main list, and the other will be in waiting list.
3. The team should complete the registration form.
4. Make sure the registration form is well completed and sent to needumy2015@gmail.com. The student card copy must be attached. Here is the format of file name of registration form and the email subject: REGISTRATION_Campus Name. For instance: REGISTRATION_UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA.
5. Registration is opened from 6 August to 28 November 2015.
6. Main list and waiting list teams are announced on 1 December 2015 on our official blog.
7. Main list teams are requested to make payment of registration fee and send the copy of transfer receipt on 2 December - 15 December 2015.
8. Kindly send the registration fee of IDR 450.000 to BRI Cabang Yogyakarta 785401000153502 account holder Daisy Amalia Sofi.
9. Kindly inform us about the sending payment by texting message to Amelia Adityas Farida (+6289635669204) or Daisy Amalia Sofi (+6285701080147) with the format: Name of leader_Campus_Team_450.000. For instance: Pratiwi_UMY_A_450.000.
10. Scan the proof of transfer and email it to needumy2015@gmail.com with the subject: TRANSFER-PROOF_Name of Leader_Campus_Team. For example:  TRANSFER-PROOF_Pratiwi_ Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta_Team-A.
11. Only teams that have confirmed the payment and sent the payment copy are considered to be in fixed list team.
12. We are going to announce the teams being in the 32 fixed teams on our official blog on 1 December 2015.
